丹東向陽機械制造有限公司成立于2002年，我公司專業研發，生產高品質制動卡鉗。公司現有產品100余種，車型涵蓋，新能源汽車產品配件、長城，豐田，三菱，五十鈴，尼桑，農用機械等。公司占地23畝，集鑄造，加工一體化生產，現年產量20-30萬只卡鉗并逐年遞增。我們堅持從源頭把控質量，以完善的檢測保證質量，給客戶提供最高質量的產品。

　　我公司現有鑄造工藝為覆膜砂生產，相比較普通鑄造工藝優勢明顯。能保證毛坯外形尺寸，并且外觀更精美，細膩。材料標準為卡鉗殼體QT450-10，支架QT500-7。

　　現用加工設備為，加工中心四軸液壓裝甲，保證大部分加工位置一次裝甲加工完成，避免重復定位所帶來的尺寸公差，達到配套標準。后續裝配檢測為油壓檢測，保證每個產品油壓制動正常。

Established in 2002, Dandong Xiangyang Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. specializes in developing and producing high-quality brake calipers, covering an area of 15333.41 square meters and providing more than 100 types of products for automakers like Great Wall Motor, Toyota Motor Corporation, Mitsubishi Motors, Isuzu Motors and Nissan Motor Co., Ltd., farm machinery manufacturers and etc. It combines casting and processing, with an annual output of 200,000-300,000 calipers, which is increasing year by year. With quality control and strict tests running through every link of manufacturing, we are dedicated to providing products with the highest quality.

The advanced technique of precoated sand provides us with a distinctive advantage in casting, which could standardize the shape and the size of every workblank and make our products exquisite and delicate. The shell of every caliper meets the Grade QT450-10 and the bracket meets the Grade QT500-7.

Focusing on companion standards, we use four-axis hydraulic assembly equipment in our processing center to guarantee the one-time assembling and processing in most processing positions and avoid the dimensional tolerance brought by repeated positioning. To ensure the smooth operation of our products under oil pressure upon braking, we test our subsequent assembly under oil pressure.
